Spring break was the perfect opportunity for me to fly to my  favorite country and have a great time with family, friends, and enjoy of the warm weather and the great food.  the time passed quickly but I enjoyed every day. Peru has many fun activities to do,  on my first day I just want go to my favorite Peruvian restaurant, Puro Peru in Barranco Lima. This restaurant not only has a great variety of typical food from all the providences of the country but they also have international fusion dishes such as sushi acevichado and Peruvian style Chinese food.

Most of my days were spent on the beach in Paracas, Ica. We visited La Huacachina and went on the sand dunes for some sandboarding and dune buggie rides , we had a wine tour and got some amazing Peruvian wine and pisco . Peru is an amazing country to visit in south America. not only because it is the best culinary destination, but also for its many cultures and interesting places it has to show us. I cant wait for my next visit. I hoping to travel to Machu Picchu – Cuzco, El Colca – Arequipa or spend a great week in Los Andes.
